Revision – Revised

Hi guys and welcome back! Now, I know that I have done many different posts on this topic, but I would like to show you the differences between what others say to do, and hen why my way is better!

Firstly, GCSE-based company AQA generally works on a: Recap, Apply, Review policy. Where you revise the topic, then do practice questions, then go back over and fix any issues that you face. Now, this is a good system; but it has a few flaws. Firstly, it doesn’t say how to do that revision – nor does it say how to “apply” the learnt topic.

However, I do base a lot of what I have already said on this system – only I get ways and resources to do the recap and apply sections. The “review” section is where it falls over for the AQA system. This review section is marking the work, not fixing he issues with the questions asked. You really need to go back to step one, but only with the failed information!

That is all I have time for today, so see you all tomorrow!
