This Week’s Challenge From Me to You

I have realised that I live though life quite a lot on ‘autopilot’. Where if you asked me if I really deeply remember what I did for the first 30 minutes of my day; I would not remember exactly. So, this weeks’ challenge is for us to snap out of this mindset for a while and really enjoy life.

This Week’s Challenge From Me to You is:

Spend 5 minutes just sitting down without any distractions and imagine a story in your head.

Or:

Have a deep conversation with your family or friends for half an hour without doing or thinking about anything else.
